They govern your access to and use of distilbook.com and any products or services we offer (collectively, the "Service").By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. The ServiceInfluenos provides AI-assisted marketing strategy products for solo founders and small businesses. As of the effective date, the offerings are:- Free Quick Audit. A four-step marketing strategy audit delivered by email. One per email address per 30-day period.
- Pro Report — $1,500 one-time (Founders Club introductory pricing, first 50 seats; $1,500 thereafter). A full eight-step Bernays-framework campaign brief, including messaging variants, content templates, and a 30-day execution schedule.
- Co-Pilot Retainer — $497/month (beta). Ongoing access to the campaign agent plus founder support. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.We may add, modify, or discontinue any product at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers.---2. EligibilityYou must be 18 or older and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. The Service is intended for use by founders, business owners, and operators acting on behalf of a legitimate business.You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your email address. Do not share access credentials or audit outputs with anyone you have not authorized.---3. Payment, billing, and refunds3.1 PricingCurrent pricing is shown on distilbook.com. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction; you are responsible for those taxes.3.2 Payment processingAll payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for the amount displayed at checkout. We do not store full card numbers.3.3 One-time products (Pro Report)The Pro Report is a one-time purchase. The Founders Club price of $1,500 applies to the first 50 seats; after that, standard pricing of $1,500 applies. The seat count and live pricing are shown on the landing page at the time of purchase.3.4 Subscriptions (Co-Pilot Retainer)The Co-Pilot Retainer is a monthly subscription. It auto-renews each month at the price in effect at the time of your most recent renewal until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing [[email protected]] or through your account portal (if available). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial-month refunds.3.5 Refund policyPro Report — 30-day Results-or-Refund. If you complete the Pro Report and find it does not meet the quality standard described on the landing page, email [[email protected]] within 30 days of delivery with a brief explanation. We will issue a full refund. We may ask one or two clarifying questions before processing.Co-Pilot Retainer. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, but you can cancel anytime to prevent the next month's charge.Free Quick Audit. No fee, no refund applicable.Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in suspension of the Service. Please reach out to us first — we'd rather resolve it directly.---4. How you may use the Service4.1 Permitted useYou may use Influenos outputs (audits, reports, content templates, messaging variants) for your own business — including posting them on your social media accounts, sending them in your emails, and adapting them for your campaigns. The outputs are yours to use commercially.4.2 Prohibited useYou may not:- Use the Service to generate content for a business that is not yours or that you are not authorized to represent.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy our outputs to train competing AI products or build a derivative service.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Service or its outputs as your own product (e.g., as "your" agency framework or methodology).
- Submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
- Submit personal information of third parties without their consent (employee records, customer lists, identifying details).
- Submit information you do not have the right to share (confidential client data under NDA, trade secrets you don't own).
- Attempt to bypass the free-tier rate limit using disposable email services, multiple addresses, or other circumvention.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable U.S. or international law.We may suspend or terminate access to anyone who violates these rules.---5. AI-generated output — please read carefullyThe outputs produced by Influenos are generated by AI models (currently Anthropic's Claude API) using your inputs as context. This means:- Output is suggestive, not deterministic. The same input may produce different outputs at different times.
- Output is not professional advice. It is not legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, medical advice, or investment advice. It is a marketing strategy generated by a software tool. If you need professional advice, consult a licensed professional in that field.
- You are responsible for what you do with it. Before posting, sending, or publishing anything Influenos produces, you should review it, verify factual claims, ensure it complies with the rules of the platforms you post to, and confirm it is appropriate for your audience.
- No guarantee of business results. We provide a strategy and execution materials. We do not guarantee a specific number of customers, signups, sales, dollars, followers, or any other business outcome. Outcomes depend on your execution, your market, the platforms involved, and many factors outside our control. The 30-day refund applies to product quality, not to specific results.
- AI can produce errors. Models occasionally generate inaccurate statements, outdated references, or content that requires editing. Treat the output as a draft to review, not as finished copy to publish unread.You agree not to rely on Influenos output as the sole basis for any significant business, legal, or financial decision.---6. Intellectual property6.1 Our IPThe Service, the underlying agent, prompts, methodology, code, documentation, branding, and Site content are owned by Influenos or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of these to you.6.2 Your IPYou retain ownership of the inputs you submit (your business information, intake answers, feedback). By submitting inputs, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely to provide the Service to you and to improve the Service in an anonymized form. We do not publish identifiable client information without your written permission.6.3 Output licenseYou own the right to use the outputs Influenos generates for you in your business, as described in Section 4.1. We retain no copyright interest in the output of your audit beyond what is needed to operate the Service.6.4 FeedbackIf you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them to improve the Service, without any obligation to you.---7. Third-party servicesThe Service relies on third-party providers (Stripe, Tally, Carrd, Anthropic, our email provider). Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those components. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or actions of those providers, though we will work in good faith to resolve issues that affect your use of Influenos.---8. DisclaimersTHE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INFLUENOS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.We make no guarantees about marketing results, business outcomes, revenue, customer acquisition, or platform performance.---9. - OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you. The parties waive any right to a jury trial.If you are a consumer residing outside the United States, mandatory consumer protections in your country may apply notwithstanding this section.---13. Changes to these TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect when changes were made. For material changes, we will give active customers at least 14 days' notice by email or a notice on the Site before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept the changes, stop using the Service before they take effect; we will refund any prepaid unused fees on request.---14. Miscellaneous- Entire agreement. These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and any order confirmations) are the entire agreement between you and Influenos.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Notices. We may send notices to the email address you provided. You may send notices to [email protected].

The short version- We collect your email address and the business information you submit through our forms.
- We use it to run your campaign audit, deliver the result, and (if you opt in) email you follow-ups.
- We share data only with the third parties we need to operate the Service: Stripe (payments), Tally (forms), our email provider, and the AI model provider that processes your campaign brief.
- We do not sell your data.
- You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.The longer version is below.---2. Information we collect2.1 Information you provide directly- Email address. Required for the free Quick Audit and any paid product. Stored to deliver your audit, prevent abuse of the free tier (one free audit per email per 30 days), and send follow-up communications related to your audit.
- Business intake responses. When you fill out our Strategy Intake form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, what you sell, your goals, customer descriptions, what you've tried, time and budget you can commit, and platforms you use. This is the input to your campaign audit.
- Payment information. If you purchase a paid product (Pro Report or Co-Pilot Retainer), payment is processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number, CVC, or bank credentials. We receive only the confirmation of payment, the last four digits of your card, and the billing email/name you provide to Stripe.
- Feedback and correspondence. Any messages you send us by email or through feedback forms.2.2 Information collected automatically- Basic server and log data. Our landing page (hosted on Carrd) and form provider (Tally) collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. This is used to operate and secure the Site.
- Cookies. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting and form providers may set strictly necessary cookies required for the Site to function.2.3 Information we do NOT collect- We do not collect government IDs, social security numbers, or financial account numbers.
- We do not request, store, or have access to your social media account passwords.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years old.---3. How we use your informationWe use the information you provide to:1. Deliver the Service. Generate your Quick Audit or Pro Report, send it to you, and follow up if needed.
2. Process payments. Through Stripe, for paid products.
3. Prevent abuse. Enforce the one-free-audit-per-30-days limit and block known disposable email domains.
4. Communicate with you. Send your audit, a short follow-up sequence (welcome, delivery, optional check-ins), and respond to your questions. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP.
5. Improve the product. Read anonymized feedback to refine our prompts and methodology. We do not publish identifiable client information without permission.We rely on the following legal bases (where GDPR or comparable laws apply):- Performance of a contract — to deliver the product you requested.

AI processing — important disclosureTo generate your campaign audit, the business information you submit is sent to a third-party large language model (LLM) provider — currently Anthropic (Claude API) and potentially other model providers we may use in the future. The provider processes your input to produce the audit output and, under our agreement with them, does not train their public models on your data.Do not submit any of the following to our forms:
- Trade secrets you do not want shared with an AI provider
- Confidential client data you do not have permission to share
- Personal data of third parties (employees, customers) without their consent
- Passwords, API keys, financial credentials, or government IDsWe treat the content you submit as describing your own business. You are responsible for not submitting information you are not authorized to share.---5. Who we share your information withWe share your information only with the service providers we need to run the business. - Rate-limit records: Email + timestamp only, kept for 30 days to enforce the free-tier limit, then aged out.
- Email opt-outs: Kept indefinitely on a suppression list so we don't email you again after you've asked us not to.You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 8).---7.
